Randi brings more than 25 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing therapy services to children and families across early intervention, school-based, clinic, and telehealth settings. Throughout her career, she has specialized in supporting children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and communication challenges while using a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Randi has extensive experience with parent coaching, individualized treatment planning, augmentative communication devices, and collaborative team-based care. She earned her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Montclair State University and is passionate about helping children build confidence and communication skills.
